Cary Stacey Smith
Cary Stacy Smith is a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Psychology and he will defend his dissertation in January 2010. He has more than 50 publications, including the book "The Patriot Act: Issues and Controversies" which will be published by Charles C. Thomas Publishers in February 2010. Upon completing his dissertation, he plans to employment as a forensic psychologist at a psychiatric hospital.
