International Support and Collaboration

Dr Donna Youngs, CPsychol (Forensic), F. IA-IP
Associate Director International Research Centre for Investigative Psychology
Vice-President International Academy for Investigative Psychology

To advance and support the further international development of IP research, study and practice and encourage international collaboration in the development of the science and its applications.

The IA-IP recognises that in some parts of the world individuals are acting alone or without much support in their attempts to introduce IP in practice in investigative, policing, crime analysis, legal contexts or in IP-related research/ lecturing.

As part of its international support programme the IA-IP therefore welcomes applications to host the International Investigative Psychology Conference.

The IAIP is also always pleased to consider applications to become affiliated Regional or National Centres of Investigative Psychology Research, Teaching or Practice.

To discuss either of these options, interested parties should, in the first instance contact the Chair of the Committee
